UV Clear Coat Machine
The Ultraviolet Clear Coat Machine sands, vacuums, applies clear coat to all sides, & completely dries the clear coat.

The Infrared Stain Machine sands, vacuums, applies stain to all sides, and completely dries the stain.
Optimizing Edger
We’re installing the newest version of the Optimizing Edger! The advantages of an optimizing edging system are many. The manual edger operator’s decisions can make a sawmill profitable or not. The manual edger operator is given the job of positioning the board in front of the edger, positioning the blades of the edger, and then pushing the board in the edger. The operator is essentially making a guess at the approximate width of the board and where to position the blades & board to get the highest value. The optimizing edger increases the yield and value of your lumber because it is precisely measuring the board width, the wane, the geometry and then precisely positioning both the board and the blades based on these measurements.
Shavings Mill
New machine in our line-up! The innovative Shavings Mill converts wood scrap (i.e. slabs, edgings, cut-off blocks, trimmings, etc.) into quality shavings primarily used as agricultural bedding. The machine has a 30” diameter cutter head with 16-knife rows, carbide knives for ease of maintenance, OSHA guards, variable feed speed, and a high efficiency, totally enclosed, fan cooled cutter head motor.
Head Rig & Carriage
We’re installing the best on a slant! It will consist of a new state-of-the-art 6-foot bandmill on a 17-degree slant and a new carriage. The new Head Rig and Carriage will ensure consistent high quality products and optimize production.
